Why is my IP not where i actually am? cus its obvs been forwarded through your Nat & CGNAT, so its just a ISP POP or server traffic area etc

server specs? lowk good, 3 vCPU threads, 100GB storage, buncha ram etc etc, more than enough for what i need (well, what i can say legally anyways)
